Everything about booking, rescheduling, delivery and payment.

Booking

Rescheduling is based on our availability.
For outdoor shoots, rescheduling due to bad weather can be arranged at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Any location change, rescheduling or cancellation must be informed minimum 1 hour before the shoot.
Location changes within the shoot depend on our availability and must be confirmed at booking.
Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the shoot will incur a fee of 50% of the package price.
No-shows will also incur a 50% fee of the package price to compensate for the reserved time.

Our rates are time-based, and no additional charges apply for guests or family members within the booked session.

Time extensions are based on our availability.
30 minutes — MVR 500 • 1 hour — MVR 1000
Client delays will not extend the booked session time unless an extension is available and agreed upon.

Selection is done by moment.mv and will include all key photos.
Edited photos will be delivered online within 48 or 72 hrs depending on the shoot, in full resolution.
Video clips are delivered within 7 days after the shoot and after the client shares the background music to be used. Depending on the length, complexity and visual effects, a video may take longer — we will notify the client if that is the case.
Online albums will remain active for 1 month.
RAW photos will not be shared.
